Today's dog is another American Pitbull Terrier...his name was Bud, and in 1903 he was on the first cross country voyage by car! His owner fashioned those goggles for him to keep the dust out of his eyes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horatio_Nelson_Jackson
